Across Canada and USA, record low vacancy rates continue to affect student housing shortages and many students are desperately trying to find a place to live for next semester. We launched a nationwide media campaign to encourage assistance from the public by asking homeowners, "Would you be willing to rent your spare room to a student?"

There are lots of benefits to having a student reside in your home as a tenant, including extra income and sharing household chores. Our partner schools are helping to raise awareness too and many are offering FREE or reduced listing prices to generate more housing options for their students online.
