Across Canada and USA, low vacancy rates continue to affect student housing shortages and many students are desperately trying to find a place to live for next semester. We launched a nationwide media campaign to encourage assistance from the public by asking homeowners, "Would you be willing to rent your spare room to a student?"

There are lots of benefits to having a student reside in your home as a tenant. Our partner schools are helping to raise awareness too and many are offering FREE or reduced listing prices to help with the situation.
