RESIDENTIAL RENTAL LICENCING PROGRAM:
The City of Thorold passed the Residential Rental Licensing By-law January 1, 2018, establishing a Residential Rental Licensing Program for landlords with properties in the City of Thorold.
Landlords with properties in Thorold will be prompted to provide their license number during the posting process, which will be validated by Brock University staff with assistance from the City of Thorold.
